Operated under the auspices of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Camden, the first class, consisting of 23 students, graduated in June 1965. Our Lady of Mercy Academy (OLMA) is a college preparatory, all-girls Catholic high school founded in 1962 by the Daughters of Our Lady of Mercy in Franklin Township, Gloucester County, in the U.S. Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools However, the school does take numerous measures to ensure that each student receives the help they need, such as guidance counselors, clubs dedicated to mental health, access to hotlines, and more. However, some of the worst parts include the immense workload, the inflexibility and unwillingness to teach some authorities, and the overall disregard for the mental health of the students. Some of the best parts of Monroe Township High School are the diverse populations and the opportunities provided to excel, which come in abundance. As a person who practices the Hindu religion, it is safe to say that I am so grateful to have found a community of other people who practice the same religion. They have a variety of clubs and are inclusive to all different types of people. Sophomore: Monroe Township Highschool is a great place, and they provide a lot of opportunities for the students.
